DHEA (50mg) Overview
Dehydroepiandrosterone, also known as DHEA, is a hormone naturally produced in the brain and adrenal glands. DHEA has the ability to convert into other hormones such as testosterone and estrogen, depending on the body’s needs.
As with many hormones in the body, DHEA levels naturally decline with age and so do the dependent hormones produced from DHEA conversion such as testosterone. Typically this results in poor energy levels, a weakened immune system and lower libido.
IGF levels also decline with age, typically resulting in a loss of lean body mass and an increased prevalence of body fat. Higher IGF levels have been observed to work hand in hand with maintaining lower levels of the stress hormone cortisol, preserving lean mass and further strengthening the immune system.

If you are going to be taking 50mg of DHEA per day, take a serving every day at the same time to promote a consistent level of hormones in the blood.
