I've been buying this for over 10 years. Its a daily protein supplement for my wife. Forget the stuff about New Zealand cows, they changed the sweetener from fructose to Steviol Glycosides and cane sugar. It saves 20 calories per serving, but has a horrible stevia aftertaste. I don't know why they did this, but just be aware it will taste different than the original formula. I bought 6 cans at the end of August which will not be used!

Great tasting protein drink
I've tried a ton of different protein drinks out there with various bases(hemp,pea, casein, soy, brown rice, even creatine and other whey drinks) and while whey is usually very potent smelling, this drink is awesome. I wasn't aiming for weight gain but for keeping my hunger at bay with slower processing protein vs sugar/carbs that's quick burning. This tastes so much better even with just water (yes anything else will taste better than just water). Like other review pointed out, Consumer Reports highly rated this as not having as much metals (and I feel chemically enhanced ingredients although never knew arsenic could be in your protein shakes).
If you're still searching for a decent tasting effective protein drink try this one out and you'll be surprised. If you haven't ever tried any protein drinks this isn't going to taste like a milkshake but I have zero complaints with it.

Overall great protein
This whey protein has been one of the better tasting proteins Ive had since I began a steady weight training regiment at my local Golds. It tastes better when mixed with milk as opposed to water, and the milk gives you a boost in protein and calories at the same time. It gave me results in the 2 months I took it, gaining nearly 30 pounds combined with the 5 meals I ate on average per day. Also, according to Consumer Reports, it has the lowest amount of heavy metals compared to other brands like Optimum Nutrition, Muscle Milk, and GNC brands.
