Apply 3-5 drops directly in your palms to hand diffuse. Rub palms together and cup near nose. May be used with dry brushing for added immune support. Added to lotion creates a quality hand sanitizer. Store in a cool, dark place.
DIFFUSING
Diffuse 5-10 drops with water in a non-heating ultrasonic diffuser.
