Brewers Yeast
Although this type of product is considered beneficial for blood type O it doesnt taste very good. I put it into a type O protein shake but it needs to have things added to mask the taste.

Super nutrition, bitter taste
There are brewers yeast formulas that have a pleasant or at least tolerable taste, but you have to consume a lot of it to get maximum benefits. This is the hard-core stuff. The taste is pretty bad, but it is so jam-packed with nutritional value that you dont have to use much. I mix it with apple juice, which minimizes the bitterness.

Brewers Yeast
I give my dogs a teaspoon of this everyday in their dog food. They love it and they do not get fleas. Brewers yeast is great for their skin and coat. Ive been using it for years.

This stuff is a miracle
After taking this for only a few days I began to have alot of energy, also helped my cold to go away alot quicker. I found that the only thing that actually that was tollerable to mix this with was orange juice, Not bad at all!! I was happy to hear that this product can keep you from getting the flue and colds, and also the swine flue. This stuff is awesome!! I will be using this product for a long time for my health.
