Magical Migraine Relief
After suffering from migraines for over 40 years and several times per week, finally its gone, for over a year! I tried many supplements, as Ive experimented extensively for the past 17 years, but this stuff made all the difference. Silica deficiency is real and can be fixed easily.

great for hair
I guess that due to stress my hair started falling off A LOT. I could not find a solution and then read about silica. About 2 to 3 weeks after starting taking it daily, the hair stopped falling! The key thing is to be constant. This brand is very good and the liquid form works better. I highly recommend it.

Really helps with achy joints and muscle stiffness.
I started using this product per my husbands recommendation and wow, what a difference it made! Most people think of silica as helpful for improving skin tone, hair and nails but I actually use it for the joint pain relief benefits. I suffer from occasional achy joints and muscle stiffness, especially upon waking up or at the end of an active day. Not only does this product seem to help, but it seems to work fairly quickly. My joints and muscles feel a lot more looser and limber, and my range of motion is good. No more chronic pain or stiffness!

The best for pain
This product was one of the items I used to get rid of my arthritis. It is amazing for joint pain!!!
