Good product
This stuff is really good. A small serving (teaspoon) contains a lot of Omega oils, and unlike other manufacturers' products, this oil does not taste like fish. If you have done any research into fish oils, you know that fish oils that are derived from salmon, Norwegian cod or any of the larger-sized fish contain higher levels of mercury (no matter what the label says--do a search for fish oil mercury lawsuits and you'll see...) than smaller fish, like anchovy and sardines, because the smaller fish don't live as long and don't have as much time to absorb mercury in their natural habitats. Knowing that makes this product all the better in my book. Works great for boosting my cardio.
