Helped My Hair Return
Before Covid, I have always had nice, thick hair. After Covid, I continued to lose hair, so it was becoming very thin. It was alarming! I tried other Hair ,Skin, Nail products. I could not see any difference while taking these other products. Someone said this product really worked for them - so I got it and sure enough, my hair stopped falling out and as I have continued taking Supreme Vital Hair, my thick hair has returned!

gag yes, some hair re-growth
these seem to work but you have to take a lot of them. They are filled with air and (what feels like sawdust) so they are lighter than water and hard to swallow. I've never had problems taking a handful of pills at a time ... but I have to take these one-at-a-time. You have to take 4 a day so be prepared.... with all that said, the seem to work better than any other otc hair loss pills. If the manufacturer reads this. PLEASE cut the sawdust fill and pack the capsules so 1 in morning and 1 at night is enough.

jurys still out
Ive been taking this about 4 months. they seem to work, but obviously not much or else it would be more than just seem. They are a pill to swallow pun intended. They float to the top. If you take these with other pills you will gag. If you take more tan two 2 at a time, you will gag 4 is the daily dose. I usually dont have a problem with pills, but these are very big floaters. Why the heck do they fill them with such a light, loose filler?

love this product
I had surgery that caused me to have extreme hair loss and my skin, although naturally dry, became extremely unhealthy. A friend told me about this product and in the almost five years that I have been using it, my hair and eyelashes (which were almost all gone) are returned to nearly normal and very healthy. My skin, although still dry, is returning to its former self. I am approaching 60 and had a man compliment my hands on their youthful smooth healthy look.
