Water/Eau, Organic Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Gel, Organic Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Oil, Vegetable Glycerin, Organic Viburnum Opulus (Cramp Bark) Extract, USP Progesterone (derived from Wild Yam), Organic Cymbopogon Schoenanthus (Lemongrass) Oil, Organic Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Extract, Organic Silymarin Marianum (Milk Thistle) Extract, Stearic Acid (Vegetable Oil), Chamomile Extract, Organic Daucus Carota Sativa (Carrot) Oil, Vitamin E (Tocopherol), Organic Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Extract, Vitamin A Palmitate.

Manufacturer's Directions
Apply 1/8 teaspoon (10 mg) to 1/4 teaspoon (20 mg) to thin skinned areas such as inner forearms, breastbone, neck, face, ankles. Use morning and night. Each pump provides approximately 20 mg of bio-identical USP progesterone. Wash hands after application and avoid direct sun exposure to the area until fully absorbed.

MENSTRUATING WOMEN: Begin on day 12 of your cycle. (Day 1 is the first day of your menstrual flow.) Continue through day 25, then stop. Repeat monthly. Non-Menstruating Women: Use for 25 consecutive days, then take a 5 day break. Repeat monthly.
