I use is cause i got fatty liver hereditary non alcoholic. They say Choline is good to help in treating for liver disease, including chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis. I also take is when I feel abit down cause I know its used for depression, memory loss, Alzheimers disease and dementia, Huntingtons chorea, Tourettes disease, a brain disorder called cerebellar ataxia, certain types of seizures, and a mental condition called schizophrenia. I also give this to my mom that is 88 and goes bonkers a lot. She has paranoia... it helps stabalize her a few days when she is not paranoid and decides to take her meds.

Capsule is so large for Japanese woman
Contents was good for health in everydays.
But the capsule is so big for Japanese woman.
