BCAA's promote good health
To the last post, L-BOAA Also known as ODAP is what you are referring to, not BCAA's.
Avoid glutamate overload and Excitotoxins such as MSG, aspartame, and cysteine.
BCAA's are totally healthy and fine. Food sources for BCAA's are: whey, and milk proteins, beef, chicken, fish, soy proteins, eggs, baked beans, whole wheat, brown rice, almonds, brazil nuts, pumpkins seeds, lima beans, chick peas, cashew nuts, lentils, and corn.
Please do research before misinforming thousands of customers with bogus reviews.

BCAA
Be careful of BCAAs, they are classified as excitotoxins. Are definitely linked to Alzeimers and other brain related diseases.... do your research. Taking them in this form is much different than getting them in Whey, in which they are peptide bound. Be careful, highly recommend to avoid. Good luck....
