SHAKE WELL. Use only the enclosed syringe to ensure accurate dosing. May be given up to 6 times in a 24 hour period. If necessary to repeat dosage, wait a minimum of 30 minutes. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
AGE 2 to 4 weeks - DOSE 2.5 mL
AGE 1 to 6 months - DOSE 5 mL
AGE 6 months to 1 year - DOSE 10 mL
