Takes stress away quickly
My family and I have been using this product for years. Any time we get stressed during the day we take one and it just makes us feel normal (not tired..just takes anxiety/stress away). It is amazing stuff. If you are using for sleep you may need to take more.. up to 4 is fine. It quiets the monkey/worry mind so that you can fall asleep and rest. I use 1 cap at a time during the day for times of stress and more for sleep at night. If it stops working take two days off to get it out of your system and it will work again. Highly recommend for anxiety, stress and sleep trouble due to worry/stress.

Stopped my hot flashes cold!
I bought Relax-All to help me sleep after a few months of horrible hot flashes and sleepless nights. I'd been taking soy, black cohosh, and drinking soy milk, and even switched to menopause multivitamins. Nothing seemed to do much good. (The Costco Menopause PM pills worked but the melatonin ingredient made me so sleepy in the mornings that I had to quit them.)
I started with one Relax-All and it had no effect. Then I switched to 2 as I got ready for bed, and they worked like a charm. Not only did I sleep thru the night, but I woke feeling like I'd had a good rest. But the amazing thing is that within a week my hot flashes have all but disappeared too! Now it's just a few warm flashes a day.
I don't know what it is about this mix, and maybe it just worked for me, but I would suggest the manufacturers study using it to reduce hot flashes and see if it works for other women. I feel I have my life back!
