Open a standard 16.9oz bottle of water, take a sip, then empty 1 packet into the bottle, shake and consume it immediately, three times daily. Take each serving approximately 30 minutes before your three meals. Do not snack after dinner or between meals. Do not exceed 3 servings (3 packets) in a 24-hour period. For best results, use Pro Clinical Hydroxycut Instant Drink Mix packets for 8 to 12 weeks in conjunction with a calorie-reduced diet and regular exercise program. Consume 8 to 10 glasses of water per day.
