Love-hate
I've been taking these pills during my pregnancy and now lactation.
They seem to have the best composition out of everything I looked at and they have everything in them. They are swallowable, comfortable on my belly.
They also seem to work well.
The hate part, they are huge, 3 of them (we call them horse pills - it feels like my pills is a full meal! I also take extra calcium and milk supply pills), they stink if there was a broken one in a jar, they are quite expensive... I kinda miss my 1 a day 360 pack... I do realize that all those cons are hardly avoidable as fish oil smells like fish and all the combination does take a lot of volume.
As a conclusion, I love these vitamins. Now is my goto brand recently. Allstarhealth has the best price for them I've seen. And I'm going to keep taking these vitamins during all the lactation and for future pregnancies.

NOW Prenatal Gels are very helpful to me.
Before I started taking the NOW prenatal gels, I had a blood test indicating that my iron was very low. I was tired all the time. I started taking these, and almost immediately noticed a difference; I had more energy and just felt so much better. The last bottle I purchased had one capsule that was broken, which made the contents smell like fish oil! Ill be glad when this bottle is used up. Hopefully, the next bottle wont have that problem. Otherwise, thanks for a great product!

great multi for preggo women
i have tried this prenatal along with the vitamin code prenatal and the garden of life.. and for the price I would prefer this vitamin over any of the above although they come highly recommendable with a high price tag, The Vitamin Code sometimes costing over $45 and The Garden of Life costing sometimes $50. But the Now Prenatal comes with the recommended daily allowance of DHA where the Garden of Life and New Chapter does not so that just adds to the price of the other two.. I am so happy with this Multi and love the price!
