Great vitamin for mood swings and sleepless nights
I love Ashwagandha, I had planned to go see a doctor because I was feeling kind of stressed at the time. I wouldnt call my mood swings depression, yet I wasnt feeling like my old self. I was having trouble sleeping at night and found myself taking sleeping pills to sleep. I couldnt wait for the appointment, I needed something fast. So I decided to go to a vitamin store and see if I could find something to help me.
I picked up the Himalaya Ashwagandha and I read the back of the label, which seem to be the right thing for what I was going through, so I thought I would give it a try. Boy, did I make a great decision! I stop taking the sleeping pills, to see what effect the Ashwagandha on me. Immediately I could see a change. I sleep better, no more sleeping pills; I felt less tense, I could tell my moods were stabilized. I highly recommend this vitamin it changed my life and everyone around me.
