Soft, adjustable elasticized band gently coaxes problem 2nd or 3rd toes into their proper position with gentle, constant pressure. Aligns crooked, overlapping toes to reduce rubbing. Helps keep 'hammer toes' flexible. Dual-layer pad cushions and protects ball-of-foot area.

Slip elastic loop over problem toe. Pull loose end of band gently until toe is properly aligned. Scissor-trim excess band. Pull on hosiery carefully, readjust as needed. Take care that the elasticized band does not slip out of the insertion slot and eliminate the loop.

CARE: Hand was in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly. Press flat in towel to remove excess moisture. Air dry completely before reuse.

If you have diabetes or poor circulation, consult your physician before using. If numbness, discoloration, irritation or additional toe pain occurs, discontinue use immediately. Do not use over broken or inflamed skin. Remove for at least 4 hours daily.
