Manufacturer's Directions
For daily support: Adults take 1 lozenge daily, preferably with food. For intensive use: Adults take 1 lozenge every 2-4 hours, preferably with food. May take up to 4 lozenges daily. Not formulated for individuals under 18 years of age. Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days.
