SomaRest
When taken as directed 1-2 capsules it works but not immediately. Most meds do not work fast for me. Within one hour after taking the 2 capsules plus I add 1 25 mg. Benadryl, I start getting drowsy. This product does not always keep me asleep all night, however. I recommend this product and have used it for several years. I never had trouble getting to sleep before I retired.

It Works!
Amazing product! We travel a lot internationally and this works better than expensive prescription sleeping pills to help overcome jet lag and ensure deep sleep…just one pill is all we need for a sound night of sleep.

Non-medical sleeping pills the work for me
I have been taking these SomaRest pills every night for some years now and find that the work for me to get me to sleep and to keep me sleeping for at least six or seven hours, getting up several times during the night but then getting right back to sleep. I have suggested them to others and so far have not found anyone else who has benefited from them. So my conclusion is that it has to be an individual matter. They work for me, but you need to see if they work for you. They even work for me when I take international trips from my hometown in California to Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. So they are powerful enough for me to work even in cases of jet lag.

Awesome Product
I have been taking Ambien for years and SomaRest is the only product strong enough to get me to sleep like the Ambien does. It works fast and no grogginess the next day and I stay asleep all night..Thanks for an amazing product.
