FUELING
The C2Max Dual Source Carb Mix in PowerBar IsoActive is designed to speed carbs to working muscles with quick absorption to improve endurance performance.
For best results, start consuming soon after starting exercise and then regularly throughout.
Consume 30-90 grams of rapidly absorbed carbs per hour of activity - towards the higher end for longer and higher intensity endurance activities. Choose from PowerBar gels, chews, sports drinks, etc.
HYDRATION
The Five Electrolytes contained within IsoActive - Sodium, Chloride, Potassium, Calcium and Magnesium - help to replace electrolytes lost in sweat and drive hydration.
Everyone sweats at a different rate - so one standard drinking protocol doesn't make sense. To prevent drinking too much or too little, practice drinking during workouts to prevent any weight gain and limiting weight loss to about 2% of bodyweight.
