Manufacturer's Directions
Take 1 serving with 8 to 12 oz of water as directed below.
-For men up to 200 lbs: 8 caplets (4 caplets 30 minutes before breakfast and again 30 minutes before lunch)
-For men over 200 lbs: 10 caplets (5 caplets 30 minutes before breakfast and again 30 minutes before lunch)
-For women up to 125 lbs: 4 caplets (2 caplets 30 minutes before breakfast and again 30 minutes before lunch)
-For women over 125 lbs: 6 caplets (3 caplets 30 minutes before breakfast and again 30 minutes before lunch)
NOTE: To maximize results, drink at least 64 ounces of water daily while using NO2.
