Manufacturer's Directions
Apply 1-2 drops to clean teeth or gums using a fingertip, lightly saturated cotton swab or toothbrush. Re-apply as needed every 1-2 hours. May also be added to Coconut Oil for oil pulling. For best results, use in combination with other TheraNeem Oral Care products.
