It's a primarily a blend of tried-and-true psyllium fiber coupled with the mild herbal laxative ingredients senna leaf and buckthorn. Bulk-forming fiber like psyllium helps to physically sweep material out of the digestive tract, while the senna and buckthorn help re-invigorate bowel function. The Super Colon Cleanse formula also includes some other herbs and nutrients that support intestinal health: fennel seed, peppermint, papaya, and acidophilus cultures like those found in some yogurt.

Manufacturer's Directions
Mix 1 rounded scoop daily (approx. 5g) with 10-12oz of water or your favorite beverage and drink immediately. If you feel stomach discomfort reduce the dosage by half. This product may be taken in two separate half scoop (approx. 2.5g) servings twice daily. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Use Super Colon Cleanse about every 2 months and for no more than 10 days at a time. Children (6-12 years): one third (approx. 1.65g) the adult dosage.
