Method One is for general training and fitness. Take 5 Muscle Mass tablets with your pre exercise meal and 5 additional Muscle Mass tablets with your post exercise meal. Creates a favorable nitrogen and hormonal enviroment for growth and recovery. Method Two is best for pre contest, lean muscle mass gains with concurrent fat loss. Take 15-20 Muscle Mass tablets (preferably on an empty stomach) first thing in the morning or prior to training. Two recent research studies have validated that the BCAAs found in Beverly International Muscle Mass increast the rate of fat loss during dieting and preserve lean muscle mass.
