Reflux help
This is a must have product for gastric reflux, indigestion, fullness, lump in throat feeling. I had to make a fast trip to a health food store to get this recently and it took care of that terrible feeling overnight.

UPDATE
Ignore the review I wrote previously above. I gave this another shot. I was using NOW brand HCL and needed only 1 or 2 capsules. I bought this when I ran out . Unbeknownst to me, during the time I was waiting to receive this my condition actually worsened to where I'm now producing less HCL on my own than I was. This is why I thought it was a placebo. It's not. I simply got worse and need more. I now need six capsules whether it is NOW brand or this brand. Both work well.

High protein meal relief
If you do high protein meals 45 g or so, taking these will save you from that bloated/gassy stomach. However because Im 45+ y/o, Ive found that I need at least 2 pills and if the meal is higher 60 g I do best with 3. Youll need to experiment. Dont know that Id take more than 4.
