Manufacturer's Directions
Adults take 4 capsules of the Raw Calcium daily. For best results take 2 capsules with breakfast and 2 capsules with lunch. Take 3 capsules of Growth Factor S in the evening on an empty stomach. Ive been taking this for 6 years
And Ive gone from having osteoporosis at the age of 49 seriously bad numbers in my lower spine to having normal to osteopenic bones 6 years later. When I was first diagnosed I took two injections of meds, which caused an infection and that put me off them the price was stratospheric as well. My bone mass has increased by at least a few percentage points every year for the past 6 years - increase has been higher in some areas than others. I also walk every day and eat healthy vegetarian and no issues with iron or calcium or vitamin D levels but I will continue to take this as long as it continues to help increase my bone mass. Im a skeptical person by nature and the only reason Im writing this review is that Ive been really surprised at how much this has helped. Its infinitely better than taking meds that have nasty side effects. Ive recommended it to other women who have osteoporosis. I would caution that I dont think you can rely solely on this product - you have to do weight bearing exercises and eat healthy - thats a must. Its all part of the strengthen your bones package!

This is a rip off.
First of all they sell me calcium in the box which I don't want. Secondly, if I could just buy the Strontium alone that would save me some money. I eat a lot of quality calcium every day, and supplement with Magnesium and have a good calcium in my daily.
So the added bottle of Calcium they put in the box is not necessary especially for the high price they charge for the two bottles, one calcium and one Strontium. I don't like the Vitamin Code company choices they give me!!! The prices are getting crazy!!!! Who are you people? As you can tell I am really considering finding another product with Strontium today.
It keeps goin up in price. I was paying $30.17 last time. Now it's $43.39. That's over $13 increase and I use one box per month. That's $156 more per year!!! When will their price stop increasing? This is not right. I hate taking it anyway because of all the limitations. You must take it 4 hours away from food, do not take with Calcium and dairy products. It is too much of a hassle to begin with. $30 a month was high enough. This new increase is a 30% increase!! I have been taking for several years and this is robbery. The manufacturer probably wants a bonus...

Good price, good shipping and timely
Im taking this to see if it will make a difference in bone density which will take time. Again, the criteria above was most important and adding ice which is very doable would give this company 5 stars
