Good and Works
If you have cold, flu, baceria, virus, constipation, it attacks it. It is anti-bad boys. Because it has allicin not removed it works, unlike Kyolic, which in my opinion is all marketing. When you are sick, take 8 a day. When you are yeasty take 8 - 3 times a day. When you are consti[ated, and you have tried everything, take 8 - 3 times a day. When you are normal, take 6 a day, just to keep things fended off. It will keep your artieries clean, and your cholesterol low. The only question I have is the soybean oil in the product? Also, not that it matters, since it works, but how many mgs of whole garlic does the 4 mg of garlic equal? I have used this brand, it works, and the price is great.

Good for prevention of arterial plaque
Im 62 and Ive been taking garlic supplements for over 20 years. In October 2005 I was diagnosed with an enlarged heart that was caused by a suspected attack on my heart by a flu virus I had in January 2005. When in the hospital I was given an arterial catheterization test to determine my blood flow rate, and while my ejection fraction was very low, the dye flowing through my arteries showed they were clean. By exercising 2 or 3 times a week for 1 to 2 hours, Ive got my ejection fraction up and my cardiologist tells me that my arteries are still OK. Im not a health nut by any means. I dont eat vegetables to speak of. My idea of a green vegetable is hamburger dills. I like all my meats either fried or grilled well done. It could be good genes that keep my arteries clean, but I like to think its the garlic supplements.
All Star Health has the best price Ive found online for this product and Ive heard that the regular garlic oil supplements are more beneficial than the odorless ones.
