BIG IMPROVEMENT!
I took Chondroitin and Glucosamine for years, but without relief as the years went by.
I did research online, and chose NOW Eggshell Membrane.
I've been taking it for two. months, and I feel a big improvement in my joint pain.

Walking up and down the hills again
I am a 63 year old female. 8 months ago, I had to have steroid injections in both hip joints to try to decrease the inflammation and reduce some persistant pain. Improvement from the shots was short-lived and the pain started to come back. Physical therapy helped a little, but still I wasn't impriving to greatly reduced pain. I have taken eggshell membrane daily for 6 months and I believe it is what has nearly eliminated all hip pain. I look forward to my walks again, which take me up and down hills, and stairs are no problem!

Solid Product
After reading the above (2) reviews, I decided to give this product a try. I am a 51 year old bodybuilder who has also suffered from years of heavy lifting. Within ten (10) product began reducing my shoulder & knee pain. I have been taking the product now for four (4) months and my joint pain is now 10% of what it was before - a 90% reduction.

Who knew!!!!
I worked at a Health Food Store and this product was in the freebie box. I had never heard of it but I was having a lot of knee pain/swelling. Not only did the pain subside completely but the swelling went down as well. The first time I wore leggings, someone commented "Hey, your knee isn't swollen anymore". The absence of pain is such a boost to your mental health and over all well being. I tell EVERYONE about this product.

Excellent......
I was using a joint supplement before and was experiencing a lot of daily pain, figuring it was the small tear I had in my rotator cuff, but found out I was actually reacting to the shellfish derived glucosamine etc, so looked online & found egg shell membrane based joint supplements. These have made a massive difference for me, whereas I was taking anti inflammatorys & considering a 2nd rotator cuff surgery....with these I don't need to go down that route. I am a weight lifter, lifting heavy....these capsules are an absolute godsend to me, I now take 2 a day, but they're worth every penny, have been taking them now for around 4 months.
