Used Lactoferrin to beat down Candida
I have likely had Candida infestation most my life but it got particularly bad in Oct 2015 causing hypothyroidism, very bad rT3/T3 ratio, and 5 instances of Atrial Fibulation within forty days. I tried starving the Candida out of my tissues via a strict Ketogenic diet with anti-fungal supplements. I did this for 3.5 months with no progress until I realized the nasty buggars were hiding under vascular biofilms. Candida biofilms are made of calcium, magnesium, and mostly iron. Once I started attacking the Biofilm with multiple servings of Lactoferrin, oil of oregano, and N-Acetylcysteine everyday I began to see rapid progress. Destroying and distrupting vascular biofilms allowed the antifungals (garlic, ginger, and Pau d'Arco) and Candex to do there job. Finally, I use Koncentrated K to help remove calcium from the blood stream. Keep in mind that breaking down bad Biofilm in the blood stream means your also breaking down good biofilms in the intestine. So I also supplement Primal Defense probiotics and drink plenty of Kefir to continuously rebuild healthy intestinal biome. The results have been dramatic (sinus infection, nose/ear sores, skin rashes/hives all disapeared, and blood glucose improved). BTW, I did Lactoferrin for 2 months before alternating one month on and one month off. Good luck to everyone.
