Helps prevent muscle cramps
After years of dealing with cramps and trying different things ie; bananas, no caffeine, staying super hydrated, warming up extra good, or stretching, my hamstrings would still cramp on leg day. After introducing this, my cramps are gone and I have noticed I sleep a bit better too, win. Just one before bed every night, and one in the am, on leg days, right as rain. It has to be chelated tough, regular magnesium doesn't work.

The Body needs Magnesium
If you have unavoidable stressors in your life taxing your adrenals, you should supplement the Magnesium uptake you get from foods, and this is a recommended product for just that. Small pills they used to be larger, and they are effective in helping everything from feeling better to easing bowel movements. Honest!
