I am an herbalist and acupuncturist, and I highly recommend especially this brand of triphala. If you are constipated or if you suffer with loose stools, or the combo: varied stool- this formula is for you!!! Use it for a while- several months, but you will see results rather quickly. Its just 3 fruits!- try it!

Awesome for acid reflux
A friend of mine turned me on to this and I have been taking 3 per day for the past several months and within days of starting I was able to get rid of my acid reflux pills. Awesome.

Choking
This product is dangerous. A couple of years ago I took one after having some difficulty swallowing it a few times before and it got stuck in my throat. I tried coughing it out but couldnt. Luckily, it did not affect my breathing, but my throat swelled up and I was not able to swallow. The next morning, after a sleepless night, I went to urgent care where they gave me a sedative that relaxed my throat, and something to numb it so I could swallow a little. I had a sore throat for several days. The problem is that the pills are large and ROUGH. Now I can swallow only small pills because of the fear of choking again.
