Manufacturer's Directions
French Press: Start with 1/4 cup of Dark Roast Mate per quart of water. Allow to steep in hot (not boiling) water for 3-5 minutes. Adjust the amount of Dark Roast Mate according to your desired strength. Add milk and sweetener to your taste.
Iced Tea: Make a stronger brew by using 1/2 cup of Dark Roast Mate per quart of water. Allow to steep in hot (not boiling) water for 7-10 minutes. Add milk and sweetener to your taste and pour over a full cup of ice.
Tea Pot or Tea Ball: Start with 1 tablespoon of Dark Roast Mate per 12 oz cup of hot (not boiling) water. Let steep for 3-5 minutes. Adjust the amount of Dark Roast Mate according to your desired strength. Add milk and sweetener to your taste.
Coffee Maker: Use 1/4 cup of Dark Roast Mate per quart of water. Adjust the amount of Dark Roast Mate according to your desired strength. Add milk and sweetener to your taste.
