Manufacturer's Directions

Dynamic Duo C-Block and F-Block
These products do work, but i use them a bit stronger, 3 capsules of each, 15 min before a meal. That gives the same fat blocking strength of Lypozine. I have lost 22 pounds using this along with a more sensible diet. I cut out Sugar and Breads, and watch what i eat. These products help me cheat once in a while.
