Manufacturer's Directions
Brush 2 to 3 times a day. For best results, use with Steps 1 and 3 of the Pristine Protocol: Pre-rinse with BR Organic Brushing Rinse, follow with BR Toothpaste with a sprinkle of BR Tooth Polish as YOU need it for added sparkle.
