Take 1 to 2 full scoops in 8-12 oz of cold water 30 minutes prior to training or special activity. PUMPTROPIC allows you to adjust your dosage to find your own personal, PERFECT DOSE! PUMPTROPIC can also be added to any of the NITRAFLEX family of pre-workout products, or to any pre-workout of your choice by just adjusting water to your desired taste.
