Tastes like sugar
The best way to use this, in my opinion, is to combine with stevia. Its a good rival for sugar when combined.

Good value, not the same sweetness as sugar
This sugar substitute tastes fine, doesnt leave the chemical aftertaste that so many do. However, it doesnt have the same sweet taste as sugar. I end up using two teaspoons per cup of coffee, which means that I get more carbs than I want to. Great for those not counting carbs.

Just fine
This is as good as any erythritol youll find anywhere and this is the cheapest place Ive found to get it. The zipper seal on the bag sometimes fails, so it must be clipped securely closed and stored upright.

Best sweetner for cooking
Having tried others that left a funny after taste, this one is great. If you need some powdered sugar, we just put it in the coffee grinder that we use for such things.

Has slightly less sweetening power than sugar.
I really like Erythritol because it has no chemical aftertaste, zero calories, and a low glycemic index, keeps it from adding to fat cells. (My body fat percentage has dropped since I eliminated sugar and white flour.) Have noticed that spoon for spoon, Erythritol has slightly less sweetening power than sugar. To make up for it I add a tiny bit of Stevia, to my coffee for instance, but not too much because Stevia does have a certain flavor. Otherwise Erythritol is a great product, and All Star Health has the best prices!
