Cook before consuming.

Cooking Instructions:
1 cup of NOW Real Food Organic Millet
2 cups of water
1) Rinse organic millet thoroughly under cold running water.
2) Combine millet and water into a pot.
3) Bring to a boil then cover with tight fitting lid.
4) Reduce heat to low and allow millet to simmer for 20 minutes or until grains are fluffy and water absorbs.
