Mix With Oatmeal & Good For Baking
This brown rice protein has an unacceptable after-taste as pointed out by many reviews but I found the after-taste was almost non existent when added to oatmeal with spices, raisins, and coconut milk. I also experimented using it with baking and in various smoothie combinations with acceptable results. Note: add rice protein powder to oatmeal at the end of cooking because it makes your porridge thicker.

Great for Smoothies
If you mix this Sprouted Brown Rice Protein powder into plain water or juice, then yes it will have a grainy consistency. However, I add this protein powder to my morning smoothies bananas, carrots, celery, blueberries/strawberries and love it!!! Great way to add daily low-calorie protein, especially if youre over 50+.

So Sad :(
I was so excited to find a rice protein powder without added other ingredients, but this has a HORRIBLE after-taste. And I'm putting it in fruit and veggie smoothies, not drinking it straight. Wish I could return it...hate to throw out 2 lbs. :(
