Very effective
I read the review by WRobert (7/11/2020) and my experience is quite similar. My urgency issue is dramatically reduced when taking two caps/day, am/pm. It may take 7-14 days for the product to reach an effective threshold within your body, so be patient. I can generally sleep through an entire night while taking these caps.

Good Product
I have a VERY enlarged prostate that has caused me unbelievable problems in the past. When I take two of these capsules per day, morning and evening, my problem is significantly diminished. I have tried to cut back to one per day and things are fine for a few days, then my problems get worse. When I resume the two capsule regimen, the problem abates again. Now Im settled on taking two per day. I have tried MANY other more expensive prostate treatments sold by or recommended by doctors, but the combination of ingredients in this product gives me more results than any other Ive tried. Please note: My problem is extreme and this product hasnt eliminated it, but does make it manageable. I would expect that someone whose problem was less extreme would get better results.
