Manufacturer's Directions
Take 1 serving upon awakening in the morning. Simply add 1 scoop to 8 fl. oz. of cold water. Stir and serve. It may also be mixed for 10 seconds in a blender with crushed ice. Keep tightly closed in a cool, dry place. Do not refrigerate.
