Soy Protein powder
I purchased this for my sister who has ulcerative colitis. She started taking her sons soy protein from another company to lose weight which
it seemed to help her some but the most noticeable change in her body stemmed from the state of her colitis. Suffering this malady for over 50 years,
this was the only natural product that seemed to calm down her colitis to the point that she did not need her medication. Her doctor told her that he didnt
know what she was doing but to keep it up and then, what did she do? She quit taking it! Yep, I cant believe it either. I dont know if this was the reason for her
improvement or if it was coincidental but it was the only change in her daily routine for about 5 months - the longest she had gone without a flare up in over 50 years.

Veryt convenient
I have been using this protein powder for over a year. It is very convenient to add to things to boost the protein. Like right now, I am eating my favorite ice cream with a nice scoop of protein powder in it so I dont feel as guilty. ;-

Now Sports Soy Protein Isolate unflavored Great Product
This product is delicious! Please do NOT discontinue it! It is rare to find unflavored soy protein powder. What I dont understand is why somebody would want the extra artificial flavors and artificial sweeteners in the flavored brands, which are so bad for you, if one is concerned with ones health? Simply add cocoa, bananas, blueberries, etc for flavor and sweetness. If one must add sugar, add coconut sugar, which is unrefined and contains beneficial trace minerals.

A great alternative to whey, but not the tastiest.
If you're used to the milkshake taste of whey protein, this is a big departure. The powder, in general, is super thick and tends to require more effort to incorporate ESPECIALLY if you're using a blender bottle. The unflavored is mostly wheaty, malty, and nutty and I find I have to add a bit to make it as palatable as other shakes. Great alternative if you react negatively to whey or are looking for plant-based powders.
