Great product for treating alergies
Unlike other remedies Fresh Freeze-Dried Stinging Nettle Quercetin , not just alleviated symptoms. Quercetin is working long term by treating cells to eliminate allergies. Nettle is providing immediate relief. Three years ago I've developed wool allergy and all of a sudden could not wear any sweaters. After taking Quercetin for a few month my allergy went away. Nettle Quercetin is relatively new. Wonderful combination!
3 stars because I prefer 350 mg vs 175mg.

Excellent remedy for treating alergies, but...
At first glance seemed a great value, but at the closer look it's only 179mg vs a traditional quantities are 350mg.

seasonal allergies---NOT SO BAD NOW!
I used to dread every spring and fall---uncontrolled sneezing--itchy, watery eyes, runny nose. I could almost not be outside--miserable. I started taking this product several years and now I hardly notice the symptoms of those spring and fall allergies. It takes a few to several months for the maximum results but boy is it ever worth it!!!

Allergy Prevention
These are great for controlling allergies! For mild allergies, I just take two caps once daily, but for SEVERE allergies, I take 2 caps 3-4 times daily until they are under control 2-3 days, then I take it twice daily to keep well.
They are to be taken only as needed.
