If your goal is to lose weight and retain or gain muscle:
Females eating 2-4 meals per day: Take 3 Density in the morning, 2 Density between meals (about 2 hours after previous meal and 1-2 hours before next meal), 3 Density before training.
Females eating 5-6 meals. Take 2-3 Density in the morning. Take 2 Density with each meal (in place of Mass aminos if weight loss is goal). Take 3-5 Density before training.
Males eating 3-4 meals. Take 3-5 Density in the morning, 3 Density between meals (about 2 hours after previous meal and 1-2 hours before next meal), 5 Density before training.
Males eating 5-6 meals. Take 3-5 Density in the morning. Take 3 Density with each meal (in place of Mass aminos if weight loss is goal). Take 5 Density before training. Even better, continue to take Mass with meals and add 3 Density between meals.
