Ingredients:
epsom salt (magnesium sulfate), sea salt (maris sal), sodium chloride, essential oil blend including melaleuca alternifolia (tea tree) and mentha piperita (peppermint), mineral color (iron oxide)

Manufacturer's Directions
Fill basin or tub with warm water. Add 1/2 packet for foot soaks, entire contents for full body bath. Stir to activate essential oils. Soak for about 15-20 minutes for maximum relief.
