Great supplement for endurance!
Beta Aline is so important for muscle endurance, and for buffering lactic acid buildup in the muscles. Sometimes, you may get a tingling sensation if you take a large enough dose. But mostly, this supplement is not one that you should feel. This supplement is one that you should NOTICE! By notice, I mean that you should see a noticeable difference in how much endurance you have during strength training, or even during activities, such as kayaking. In addition, say you haven’t been kayaking in quite a while. If you take this supplement ahead of time, and then you go kayaking for several hours, you will notice the next day and the day after that, that you are nowhere near as sore as you might’ve been, if you had not taken the supplement. I cannot recommend the supplement highly enough for people who need muscle endurance . be very careful though, because more is not always better. This supplement tends to give you a little bit of an upset stomach if you go overboard. Overboard for you, maybe overboard for someone else. So, you will need to try this out and experiment for yourself. By the way, there is no taste to this product at all.

Save your money folks
This really isnt a supplement necessary to take. You wont feel if its working or not and in my opinion it is straight up bogus. It says unflavoured but when u mix it into a drink such as apple juice, it makes the juice taste horrible. Worst product ive ever bought.
