Head Start - Take all 4 capsules of the Head Start Formula with 24oz of water before going to bed the night before starting your 5 day program.
Morning Time - Take 6 capsules of the Morning Formula with 24oz of water at least 1 hour before eating your morning meal every day for 5 days.
Evening Time - Take 6 capsules of the Evening Formula with 24oz of water at least 1 hour after eating your evening meal every day for 5 days.
