Now endorsed by the Tea Master of the prestigious Urasenke Tea School in Japan, this grade is usually reserved for special occasions. Aiya has a network of more than 200 farmers, yet only a few achieve this premium quality tea - containing the highest amount of L-Theanine (amino acids) in Aiya Matcha product line.

Ingredients:
100% Pure Matcha Green Tea Powder

Manufacturer's Directions
Add 2 bamboo scoops (1/2 tsp.) into a tea bowl. Add 3oz. of hot water (180F). Whisk Matcha with a bamboo whisk or hand mixer until smooth and frothy. Proportions may be adjusted to taste.
