Healed Old Injury!
After trying many types/brands of collagen, this one is it ! An old wrist injury from a few months back, still had pain and required a splint. The straight-up bovine collagens helped to a certain extent. However, within 24 hours of a loading dose (two double servings, a.m. and p.m.), the pain began to diminish. With a week , no more brace. If I run out the pain starts to return after three days. Collagen gives the body what it needs for tissue repair, such as with sprains, disc injuries, etc. This is grass-fed and no ridiculous levels of sodium- an all around winner in my book !

Very Good
Since taking this collagen, I have noticed my fingernails are stronger, no breaking or cracks. My hair is healthier and my skin is not thin. This flavor is the one I order. The price is the best I have found online. Great product!

An improvement
Me: 52 y/o male, somewhat physically active. After taking just one serving per day for a few weeks, I have more vitality, feel that my joints are better, and I look better. Also, an important result of this product is that it has not caused me to have insomnia. The large amounts of nutrients in some supplements can reduce quality of sleep.

GREAT
This stuff works wonderful. I didnt know just how much until I ran out of it once and boy did I start feeling the effects I had forgotten about. I dont run out of it at all now.
