This stuff is amazing
I have 5 friends using this. We are all in our 50s and very active. All of us have noticed a difference in how we feel before, during and after we play. We play volleyball and that is pretty brutal on old knees and shoulders.

Knee Replacement
I began my 87 year old grandfather on this one week pre-op. He remained on this supplement for his recovery. The wound healed exeptionally quick and he was independent and walking without a walker in 19 days. Amazing stuff for tissue healing and great for wound healing. I use it for general skin health and it helps my Rosacea too. I prefer this brand becaue it is naturally derived from rooster combs versus synthetically.

No More Paine
Since I have been taking Hyaluronic Acid the pain in my knees has gone away. LifeTime is by far the best brand I have found. I actually only have to take 1/2 the recommended dose to keep my joints limber and pain free. With all other brands, if I miss a few days of taking the HA, the pain and creaking comes back. Not so with LifeTime. I find if I miss taking it for some reason, it is a long time before I start to feel any pain come back into my knees.
