My primary care and HRT maintenance doctor, at Body Logic, outside Cleveland, suggested that my husband and I start using PS 100 twice a day, in an effort to reduce cortisol levels. It has worked amazingly well, even affecting the cortisol - related fat accumulation around our waists. I used this and Jarrow PS 100 and am happy that I did. I plan to continue now, at bedtime, to keep cortisol levels in check during this stressful time.
