Due to the potent nature of the TIGHT! XTREME RELOADED formula, we recommend to begin with 1 capsule per day for at least 4-7 days to assess tolerance. Once tolerance has been established, the user may increase dose to capsules per 24 hour period. Never exceed 2 capsules per 24 hour period. Take with at least 6-8 oz. of water or your favorite caffeine-free beverage. Consuming TIGHT! XTREME RELOADED on an empty stomach may cause nausea. Therefore, take the product with a meal or preferably immediately after.
